Consultation is for a person seeking professional help with mental health. Supervision is for a professional who wishes to reflect on their practice. Providers and service terms
Sole proprietor Serhii Serhiiovych Kyryliuk provides Phenomenological Screening Consultation (following Karl Jaspers), individual psychological services and supervision, including CAPYBARA group supervision. MEDITSERVE LLC provides agreed services to organisations. The payment recipient must match the provider of the agreed service.
Free chaplaincy support is a separate volunteer initiative.
- The stated price includes all applicable taxes and charges.
- Advance payment is made before the scheduled session, after the provider, fee, format and time have been agreed.
- One rescheduling of an agreed session is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. The new date is agreed with the provider.
- We do not apply a 100% charge for missed sessions unconditionally. Each situation is considered individually, taking account of the circumstances, the agreed contract and consumer rights. Decisions on payment, rescheduling or refunds reflect these circumstances and legal requirements.
- Cancellation and refunds: contact dr.kyryliukserhii@gmail.com. Specific terms are agreed before payment; these rules do not restrict statutory consumer rights. If the provider cancels a session, rescheduling or a refund for the service not provided will be agreed.
CAPYBARA: UAH 2,500 per month of participation. The monthly fee covers every Tuesday in the calendar month, whether there are four or five. There is no extra charge for the fifth Tuesday. Meetings take place every Tuesday, 18:30–20:00 Kyiv time, on Zoom without recording. One participant’s absence does not reschedule the whole group meeting; any individual adjustment to participation must be agreed separately in advance.
The certificate confirms only the actual hours of participation in supervision. It does not certify CPD credits. CPD credits are stated separately only for the relevant registered events, based on confirmed information.

Enquiries about Phenomenological Screening Consultation (following Karl Jaspers), individual psychological services and supervision are handled by sole proprietor Serhii Serhiiovych Kyryliuk; enquiries about services for organisations are handled by MEDITSERVE LLC. Each acts as data controller for the relevant enquiries. Requests for free chaplaincy support are handled by Serhii Kyryliuk as organiser of the volunteer initiative.
With your informed consent, we process your name, chosen contact details, service area, preferred format and time, enquiry text and, where needed, organisation name. The sole purpose is to contact you and process your enquiry. Data are not used for advertising mailings or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
The portal hosting platform, Resend and the Gmail inbox dr.kyryliukserhii@gmail.com are used to process and deliver enquiries. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside Ukraine. Consent to sending includes this technical transfer. Disclosure at the lawful request of an authorised body occurs only where provided for by law.
Before sending, the enquiry remains in your browser. Saving a draft on your device is optional; you can delete it using the portal button. After sending, the text is received by email; the portal database stores technical delivery and abuse-prevention information, not the enquiry text. Retention is limited to what is needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable legal duties; deletion requests are considered in light of those duties.
